In der Mehrzahl der Fälle steht die Blutung bereits bei Aufnahme und so ist die Blutdrucksenkung bzw. Neueinstellung der Therapie vordringliches Behandlungsziel. Unter Bezug auf die [[KDE-114]] insistieren die Kostenträger auf Angabe der Blutung / Blutungsquelle als Hauptdiagnose.
