Bei Aufnahme fand sich eine feuchte Gangrän mit Rötung bis in den Unterschenkel ziehend.Es erfolgte eine Wundrevision mit anschließender VAC-Anlage. Wie Wunde zeigte keine Heilungstendenz. Bei fortschreitender Plantar-Faszien Nekrose erfolgte dann die Oberschenkelamputation bei progedienten Infektionszeichen.<br /> <br /> Auszug Histologiebefunde:<br /> <br /> &quot;Es handelt sich um ein Dekubitalulkus der Ferse mit schwerer demarkierender phlegmonös-eitriger Entzündungsreaktion und ausgedehnten Nekrosen bis in tiefe Faszien- beziehungsweise Sehnenstrukturen. Keine spezifische Entzündung. &quot;<br /> <br /> &quot;Es handelt sich um eine schwere nekrotisierende eitrige Entzündung der Epidermis, Dermis Subkutis sowie von Faszien und Skelettmuskelgewebe von der rechten Ferse bei Dekubitus und Pes diabeticum.
