Problembeschreibung:&#039;&#039;&#039; <br /> <br /> Lagerung im Spezialbett ( Rotationsbett) Wir haben für einen Patienten den angeführten OPS in 2015 abgerechnet.<br /> Dieses wurde durch den MDK mehrmals gestrichen.<br /> Es handelt sich lt. Firma Wissner- Bosserhoff um ein Intensivbett multicare mit einer automatischen lateralen Schwenkung von 30° zu jeder Bettseite, was einem Rotationswinkel von 60° entspricht, also um ein Rotationsbett.<br /> <br /> Der MDK und die Krankenkasse begründen die Ablehnung wie folgt:<br /> Ein Rotationsbett setzt die Drehung seitlich von mindestens 62° voraus, eigentlich bis 90°. Dazu muss der Patient jedoch sediert sein. Im Sandwichbett bis 180°. Die Rotationsbetten sind für ARDS Pat. gedacht oder schwere pulmonale Komplikationen.<br /> <br /> Im OPS lassen sich allerdings keine spezifischen Ausführungen dazu finden.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;3.
