Dies führt in diesem Fall anders als das Beispiel in den DKR in eine Fehler-DRG. Wenn die DKR [http://foka.medizincontroller.de/index.php/DKR_D005d D005d] angewendet werden soll, muss dann nicht die Erkrankung, die unmittelbar der Auslöser für die Anlage des Tracheostomas, also die resp.
