Pat. hatte im Voraufenthalt ein großes Hämatom am Knie, welches per Inzision entlastet wurde. <br />
Der nachfolgende Aufenthalt erfolgt aufgrund einer Infektion mit Entzündungszeichen, es findet sich am Knie ein Wunddefekt ca. 3 x 5 cm, gelblich-grün belegt, Umgebungsrötung und Induration. Es erfolgt im Bereich des Defektwunde Inzision, Entfernung Nekrosen, Einlage Antibiotikaschwamm.
