Es ist nicht eindeutig, ob die 18 Stunden Wehentätigkeit im Krankenhaus stattgefunden haben müssen. Zudem kann die Austreibungsphase auch bei zeitlich normaler Eröffnungsphase protrahiert sein, so dass die Forderung nach 18 Stunden Gesamtgeburtsdauer bei isoliert protrahierter Austreibungsphase fachlich gesehen keinen Sinn macht.<br />
