Der MDK fordert dann nur den OPS 5-900, mit der Begründung, dass unter dem OPS 5-896 (Wunddebridement) als Hinweis vermerkt ist: „ Ein Kode aus diesem Bereich (5-896) ist nicht zu verwenden im Zus.-hang mit einer… Primärnaht (5-900.0 ff.). Ein Wunddebridement ist bei diesen Kodes bereits enthalten.“ Das steht so auch unter den Hinweisen. Schaut man dann aber zum OPS 5-900 steht dort unter Exkl.: Wunddebridement (5-896 ff.) Aus unserer Sicht, können also beide Kodes verwendet werden.
