Die Pat. wurde 14 Tage stationär behandelt wegen eines ischämischen Schlaganfalles – progressive stroke – im MRT wurde eine frische Ischämie nachgewiesen. Am Abend des Entlasstages wurde sie erneut notfallmäßig aufgenommen wegen Herdblick und Aphasie. Das initiale neurologische Konsil ergab die Diagnose einer postischämischen fokalen Epilepsie, eine antikonvulsive Therapie wurde eingeleitet.<br />
