M.E. steht in diesem Fall die Pneumonie im Vordergrund. Begründung „eine Infektexazerbation sei aus den Unterlagen nicht ersichtlich“ und „eine Therapieeskalation bei infektexazerbierter COPD wäre nicht ersichtlich“ – und „die antibiotische Therapie erfolge bei Anstieg der Infektparameter aufgrund eines Infiltrates“.<br /> <br /> Leider wird in den Unterlagen nur von der Pneumonie und der bekannten COPD II gesprochen – auf die infektexazerbierte COPD wird explizit nicht eingegangen<br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;3.
