Laut DKR 1401 wird die Dauer ermittelt vom Beginn einer Behandlung bis zu deren Ende. Kurzfristige Unterbrechungen unter 24 Stunden führen dabei nicht zu einer neuen Kodierung. Unklar ist dabei, inwiefern die Pausenzeiten/Unterbrechungen bei der Berechnung der Gesamtdauer Berücksichtigung finden. Laut „Kodierleitfaden Nephrologie&quot; werden Pausenzeiten berücksichtigt, dieser Leitfaden wird vom MDK aber nicht anerkannt.<br /> <br /> Beispiel: Eine CVVHD wird begonnen am 01.06. um 12:00 Uhr und endet am 04.06. um 14:00 Uhr. Am 03.06. erfolgt eine Unterbrechung von 08:00 – 14:00 Uhr.<br /> <br /> Wir berechnen die Dialysezeit wie folgt:<br /> <br /> 01.06. 12 Stunden<br /> <br /> 02.06. – 03.06. 24 Stunden x 2 Tage = 48 Stunden<br /> <br /> 04.06. 14 Stunden.
