D.h. der Verschluss der Bruchpforte erfolgt durch die Einlage eines Netzes. Eine Naht, die die Bruchpforte verschließt, erfolgt bei dieser Art der Operation nicht.<br /> <br /> Dem gegenüber ist die plastische Leistenbruchoperation dadurch charakterisiert, dass die Bruchpforte selbst durch deine Naht verschlossen wird. Eine Netzeinlage erfolgt hier definitionsgemäß nicht [vgl. u.a.
