DKR über 95 bzw. 168 Stunden anzugeben ist.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;3. Frage:&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Wie sind die, in den Hinweisen der Weaning-OPS vorgegeben, Beatmungsstunden (&gt;95 / &gt;168 Stunden) zu verstehen?<br /> <br /> - Sind sie die Eingangsvoraussetzung? = ab dem Überschreiten der Stundenanzahl darf der erste Weaningtag gezählt werden<br /> <br /> - oder sind sie nur Grundvoraussetzung für die Kodierung des OPS? = der erste Weaningtag kann nach weniger als 96/169 Stunden Beatmung bereits erfolgen – der OPS wird dann kodiert, wenn der Patient während des Aufenthaltes über die Stundenzahl kommt.<br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;4. ggf.
