Pat. mit Spondylodiszitis in Höhe LWK 3/4 mit intraspinale abszess, zur weiteren Abklärung sollte ein MRT erfolgen. Da die Patientin einen HSM hat, erfolgte vor MRT ein kard. Konsil.<br />

Hier wurde mitgeteilt, dass der HSM nicht MRT tauglich ist. Zudem konnte er auch nicht abgestellt werden, da die Pat. „HSM-abhängig“ (bei AV-Block II) ist. Wir haben nun sowohl den AV-Block I44.1 als auch den HSM mit Z95.0 kodiert.<br />

Der MD ist der Auffassung, dass das Problem mit dem Z95.0 ausreichend beschrieben/abgebildet sei.<br />
