Nach vorsichtiger Kontrastmitteldarstellung und Verifikation der intraläsionalen Lage erfolgte die Applikation von insgesamt 1 KE (= 0,1 ml Streptokokkenlysat) OK-432 (Picibanil). Anschließend Wund- und Druckverband.<br /> <br /> Im Befund wird die erfolgreiche Punktion beschrieben. Dabei entleerte sich klare Flüssigkeit ohne Blutanteile. Abschließend erfolgte die Sklerotherapie des Lymphangioms der Uvula palatina mittels OK-432.<br /> <br /> Für die Applikation von OK-432 bei lymphatischen Malformationen konnte kein eindeutig zutreffender OPS-Kode identifiziert werden. Insbesondere ist unklar, ob die Maßnahme als Sklerotherapie einer Gefäß-/Lymphgefäßmalformation abzubilden ist und welche OPS-Kategorie hierfür heranzuziehen ist.<br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;3. Frage:&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Wie ist die perkutane/intraläsionale Applikation von OK-432 (Picibanil) zur Behandlung eines Lymphangioms der Mundhöhle (Uvula palatina) im OPS korrekt zu verschlüsseln?<br /> <br /> Insbesondere bitten wir um Stellungnahme,<br /> <br /> • ob die Behandlung als Sklerotherapie einer lymphatischen Malformation abzubilden ist,<br /> • ob hierfür ein Kode aus dem Bereich der interventionellen Gefäß-/Malformationstherapie anzuwenden ist,<br /> • ob die verwendete Substanz OK-432 als embolisierende bzw. sklerosierende Flüssigkeit im Sinne des OPS anzusehen ist,<br /> • oder ob derzeit keine spezifische OPS-Abbildung für dieses Verfahren existiert.<br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;4. ggf. Lösungsansatz:&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Aus unserer Sicht käme grundsätzlich eine Kodierung aus dem Bereich der interventionellen Behandlung von Gefäß- bzw. Lymphgefäßmalformationen mit sklerosierenden Flüssigkeiten in Betracht. Eine eindeutige Zuordnung konnte jedoch anhand der OPS-Systematik nicht vorgenommen werden.<br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;5.
