Wenn keine kausale Verbindung zwischen Symptom und dem Ergebnis der Untersuchung besteht, ist zunächst das Symptom und danach das Untersuchungsergebnis anzugeben.&lt;br/&gt;<br /> Patienten mit der Anamnese einer vor kurzem stattgefundenen gastrointestinalen Blutung werden manchmal zur Endoskopie aufgenommen, um die Blutungsquelle festzustellen, zeigen aber während der Untersuchung keine Blutung.
