Bei einer chronisch fortschreitenden Erkrankung ist der Nachweis einer bereits durchgeführten Schweregradermittlung mittels Lungenfunktionsprüfung z.B. aus einem Voraufenthalt oder aus den Angaben des behandelnden niedergelassenen Lungenfacharztes oder betreuenden Hausarztes ausreichend.
