Ist die Anwendung der High-flow-Nasenkanüle bei der Berechnung der Beatmungsdauer im Rahmen der Entwöhnung zu berücksichtigen, d.h. zur gesamten Beatmungsdauer dazuzurechnen?<br /> <br /> == Kodierempfehlung SEG-4: ==<br /> Für die Berechnung der Beatmungsdauer gilt als Ende der Entwöhnung das Ende der letzten maschinellen Unterstützung der Atmung. Bei Atemunterstützung durch Anwendung von High-flow-Nasenkanülen (HFNC-System) handelt es sich nicht um eine maschinelle Unterstützung der Atmung.
