1. Thema: OPS-Kodierung eines NuSurface-Implantat

2. Problembeschreibung:
Wir haben ein o.g. Implantat verwendet. Der Hersteller mit Unterstützung von inspiring-health (www.inspiring-health.de) hat als OPS-Kodierung 5-822.c empfohlen. Es habe dazu wohl eine mündliche Zustimmung der Dimdi (heute Bfarm) gegeben. Hierzu liegen uns keine weiteren Informationen vor. Der MD favorisiert den OPS-Kode 5-801.e. Diese Änderung des OPS-Kodes führt zu einer Änderung der DRG I55C in I30C.
3. Frage:
Ist der OPS-Kode wie von der Firma vorgeschlagen für dieses Implantat zu verwenden?
4. ggf. Lösungsansatz:
Uns ist bekannt, dass auch eine Anfrage an den Schlichtungsausschuss möglich wäre.
