Problem/Erläuterung:
Es erfolgen bei fortgeschrittener Coxarthrose das Eindrehen einer Schraubpfanne, Einsetzen eines lateral überhöhten Polyethylen-Inlays (Antiluxationsinlay) und zementfreie Schaftimplantation.
Ist das Antiluxationsinlay als Antiluxationspfannenrand anzusehen und kann demzufolge zusätzlich zum OPS-Kode 5-820.00 Totalendoprothese, nicht zementiert der Kode 5-820.50 Gelenkpfannenstützschale, nicht zementiert verschlüsselt werden?

Das Antiluxationsinlay ist kein Antiluxationspfannenrand. Somit ist der OPS-Kode 5-820.50 nicht zusätzlich kodierbar.
