Problem/Erläuterung:
Im Krankenhaus bekannter Patient in schlechtem AZ mit bekanntem inoperablen Ösophaguskarzinom. Tumorbedingte Ösophagusstenose. Stationäre Aufnahme, Ösophagusbougierung. Entlassung des Patienten am Folgetag ohne weitere Maßnahmen.
Was ist Hauptdiagnose, das Ösophaguskarzinom (C15.-) oder die Ösophagusstenose (K22.2)?
Kodierempfehlung SEG-4:
Da hier eine direkte Assoziation mit dem Tumor (Ösophagusstenosierung) vorliegt, und die Behandlung auch am Tumor erfolgt (Bougierung), ist ein Kode aus C15.- Bösartige Neubildung des Ösophagus als Hauptdiagnose zu verschlüsseln (siehe auch Kodierempfehlung Nr. 84).
