Problem/Erläuterung
Ein Patient wurde mit einer transsphinktären Fistel (Typ II nach Parks) stationär aufgenommen. Primär erfolgte die Exzision der Fistel. Hierfür war eine teilweise Durchtrennung von intermediären Sphinkteranteilen notwendig, sodass eine Rekonstruktion des Spinkters notwendig wurde. Wie ist der Eingriff zu kodieren?
