Ist die nasale Applikation von Atemgas (mit oder ohne zusätzliche Sauerstoffzugabe) über Nasenbrille mit hohem Fluss (Nasale High Flow Therapy, z.B. Optiflow™) als maschinelle Beatmung im Sinne der DKR 1001 anzusehen?
Kodierempfehlung SEG-4:
Die nasale Applikation von Atemgas (mit oder ohne zusätzliche Sauerstoffzugabe) über Nasenbrille mit hohem Fluss entspricht nicht der Definition einer maschinellen Beatmung in DKR 1001.
