Ist die nasale Applikation von Atemgas (mit oder ohne zusätzliche Sauerstoffzugabe) über Nasenbrille mit hohem Fluss (Nasale High Flow Therapy, z.B. OptiflowTM) als maschinelle Beatmung im Sinne der DKR 1001 anzusehen?
Kodierempfehlung SEG-4:
Die nasale Applikation von Atemgas (mit oder ohne zusätzliche Sauerstoffzugabe) über Nasenbrille mit hohem Fluss entspricht nicht der Definition einer maschinellen Beatmung in DKR 1001.
