Kodierempfehlung SEG 4
Das angioneurotische Ödem hat den stationären Aufenthalt hauptsächlich veranlasst. Es handelt sich um eine histaminvermittelte, allergische Reaktion, nicht um eine toxische Wirkung des Insektengiftes. T78.3 ist Hauptdiagnose.
